Joint Venture Silicon Valley is a Bay Area example of a regional, public-private collaboration that produces results. Since its formation 1993, Joint Venture provides analysis and action on issues affecting Silicon Valley’s economy and quality of life.

In Seattle, numerous stakeholders worked together and have revolutionized their inter-modal rail system to develop one of the most competitive Maritime Ports on the West Coast.

In Cleveland, the Greater Cleveland Partnership, the largest economic development organization in the region, has developed the Richard A. Shatten Professional Leadership Award to recognize individuals who demonstrate a commitment to public-private economic inclusion efforts as a means to spur greater engagement among the many sectors of the community.
