Cluster stakeholders are raising money to shape and implement a comprehensive Arts Marketing Campaign that showcases Oakland’s considerable artistic and cultural assets and promotes Oakland as the “Creative Capital” of the region.  This effort includes the design and launch of an “Arts Oakland” website and a comprehensive (real-time, renewable) arts directory.
