Identify and empower city staff to better
integrate the various arts-related programs and budgets in order to maximize
the impact of the City’s investment and achieve the goals and priorities of
the cluster. (Related city departments include the Office of the
Mayor, CEDA, Parks and Recreation, Health and Human Services, and Public
Works).
